| | | | | | | | I. RECOMMENDATION:
Council Authorization for the City Manager to execute Task Order for Construction Engineering Services for the City of Coalinga Resurfacing Phase 3 Project.
II. BACKGROUND:
In November 2025 the City of Coalinga decided to move forward with phase 3 of the resurfacing project, an Annual Pavement Maintenance Project. The City budgets annually for chip, slurry and cape seal projects. Over the course of the last (8) months public works crews have been working tirelessly crack sealing several streets throughout the City.
III. DISCUSSION:
Attached is the work order for Construction Engineering from the City Engineer for the construction support of Resurfacing Phase 3 Project, a total of $10,000.00. Once approved by the City Council, the City Engineer will begin on construction engineering services in order to proceed with this project expeditiously.
IV. ALTERNATIVES:
None.
V. FISCAL IMPACT:
This project is fully funded from TDA Street Maintenance Fund and will have no impact to the general fund. | | |
