This was a future agenda item from Councilman Adkisson.
II. BACKGROUND:
The City currently receives its water allocation through the United States Bureau of Reclamation (USBR). This is a federal water contract.
III. DISCUSSION:
This item directs staff to explore the option of obtaining a state water contract for primary or supplemental water and prepare a report for Council to be provided at a future meeting.
IV. ALTERNATIVES:
Do not direct staff.
V. FISCAL IMPACT:
