| | | | | | | | I. RECOMMENDATION:
This was a future agenda item requested by Councilman Adkisson.
II. BACKGROUND:
Councilman Adkisson requested, as a future agenda item, to see if the City Council is interested in seeing if some of the existing wells in the City are viable enough to serve a supplemental water supply during times of drought and also explore the option of drilling new wells.
III. DISCUSSION:
This item directs staff to explore the wells as an option for serving as a supplemental water supply. Both existing and new well options will be explored.
Staff would then prepare a report to be provided to Council at a subsequent Council meeting.
IV. ALTERNATIVES:
Do not direct staff.
