II. BACKGROUND:
Mayor Pro-Tem Singleton requested a future agenda item to discuss the possibility of starting a gray water rebate program.

III. DISCUSSION:
A gray water system would allow residential water customers to redirect gray water, commonly used laundry water, to outside irrigation rather than into the City's sewer system.
