This is the first draft of the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 operational budget only as requested by the departments.  The budget increase justifications have been provided as an attachment to the staff report.  Additional information will be added in future drafts and will be presented in future Budget Workshops leading up to Budget Adoption in June 2022.
