| | | | | | | | I. RECOMMENDATION:
There is no staff recommendation. This was requested as a Future Agenda Item by Councilwoman Stolz.
II. BACKGROUND:
Currently, the Open Session portion of City Council meetings is held via Zoom and the Closed Session portion is held via Big Marker.
III. DISCUSSION:
Councilwoman Stolz is concerned regarding not being able to hear Council Members speak during Closed Session. Her request is to resume the Closed Session portion of the City Council meeting in person.
IV. ALTERNATIVES:
1. Continue holding Closed Session via Big Marker;
2. Specify that Big Marker will only be used via a call in number rather than using a link.
