This is item was requested as a future agenda item by Councilman Adam Adkisson. City Manager and Financial Services Director also recommend.
II. BACKGROUND:
The CrisCom Company made a presentation of their services to the Council at the January 16, 2020 City Council meeting.
III. DISCUSSION:
The Memorandum of Understanding is attached.

V. FISCAL IMPACT:
$4,000 per month that is not budgeted, but only $400 per month will come from the General Fund. The remainder will be paid from enterprise funds due to the primary lobbying focuses being water, waste water and streets. | | |
