I. RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Resolution No. 3946, accepting the dedications of Public Utility Easements related to the West Hills College District Office.
II. BACKGROUND:
As part of the work on the Administration Building project located at Phelps Avenue and Posa Chanet Blvd, a Public Utility Easement is needed to extend AT&T fiber optics to the building site just north of the Phelps Avenue right-of-way.
III. DISCUSSION:
The deed of easement and exhibit identifies the location and purpose of the public utility easement. Once accepted by the City Council by resolution, the City Engineer will record the applicable documents.
IV. ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve Resolution No. 3946 - staff does not recommend.
Amend Resolution No. 3946 and direct staff accordingly.
V. FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund. |
