I. RECOMMENDATION:

II. BACKGROUND:
The League's 2019 Annual Conference is scheduled for October 16-18 in Long Beach, California. An important part of the Annual Conference is the Annual Business Meeting. At this meeting, the League membership considers and takes action on resolutions that establish League Policy.
In order to vote at the Annual Business Meeting, the City Council must designate a voting delegate and up to two alternate voting delegates.
III. DISCUSSION:
This year, two resolutions have been introduced for consideration at the Annual Conference and referred to League policy committees.
