| | | | | | | | I. RECOMMENDATION:
Council to review and approve one minor language change to the Gimme Love contract.
II. BACKGROUND:
On May 16, 2019, the Council approved the original contract between the City and Gimme Love who would provide shelter and animal contract services for the City.
III. DISCUSSION:
Gimme Love has requested the word "Field Officer" be removed form the contract under section "C" item # 3.
IV. ALTERNATIVES:
Council can decide not to make the change.
V. FISCAL IMPACT:
No further fiscal impact from original contract. | | |
