Authorize City Manager to Update City Personnel Rule with the Assistance of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore.
II. BACKGROUND:
The City Personnel Rules were last updated in 2009 and are need of updating.
III. DISCUSSION:
The Employment Practices Liability (EPL) Grant through PARSAC would be used to fund the update to the City's Personnel Rules.
