Subject:Adoption of Resolution No. 3899 & No. 3900 - Acceptance of Public Utility Easements related to the Elm & Cambridge Signalization Project

I.    RECOMMENDATION:

Adopt Resolution No. 3899 and No. 3900, accepting the dedications of Public Street Easements related to the Elm and Cambridge Signalization Project.




II.    BACKGROUND:

The City Engineer is continuing work on the signalization project located at Elm and Cambridge, as part of that work West Hills Community College and Mike & Terri Zubiri as adjoining property owners donated the dedications of public street easements for the project to the City of Coalinga.




III.   DISCUSSION:

None.


IV.   ALTERNATIVES:

Do not approve Resolution No. 3899 and No. 3900 – Staff does not recommend.

Amend Resolution No. 3899 and No. 3900 and direct staff accordingly




V.    FISCAL IMPACT:

The general fund will not be affected by this project.
